The Explanar golf training aid is made up of five key components - the adjustable Hoop, the Power Roller, the Plane Fin, the Radial Stance Mat, and the Plane Sensor.
The combination of these five elements will positively develop your golf swing, and with only ten minutes practice on the Explanar each day, you will see a dramatic improvement in both your game and core stability.
The Explanar can be easily moved, so you can practice your golf swing with the Explanar in the convenience of your own home.
The Explanar has an adjustable hoop which allows you to position the golf training aid to the angle of your optimum golf swing plane.
Each golfer has a different optimum golf swing plane depending on height and club length, and the adjustable hoop caters for these differences.
The Power Roller
The Power Roller is heavier than a normal golf club, and this added weight allows the repeated movement of your optimum golf swing plane to become ingrained in your muscle memory. This memorised golf swing movement will then become habitual, enabling you to play longer, straighter, and more consistent shots on the course.
The added weight of the Power Roller also enhances fitness by strengthening arm and back muscles and increasing flexibility. This will increase your core stability and enable you to develop a more dynamic and athletic golf swing on the golf course.
The Plane Fin
The Plane Fin is situated at the top of Explanar hoop, and it acts as an indicator as to whether or not you are swinging at the angle of your optimum swing plane for your complete golf swing.
The Radial Stance Mat
The Radial Stance Mat is a mat with curved markings on it. These markings allow you to adjust your stance and distance from the adjustable-hoop.
By adjusting your position within the Explanar you will be able to alter your swing movement for different shots.
The Plane Sensor
The Plane Sensor is a length of bungee cord which fits across your Explanar.
When the hoop is set at the correct angle, the Plane Sensor should cross your sternum, and this acts an indicator that the hoop is set to your optimum swing plane.
